The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Bojangles shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to place an order with us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or to a change in price from that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provide when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute item without your express authority.
At present we can only accept orders from within the UK.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Minimum delivery charge is £4.00 to include insurance until it is signed for/received.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, and will require a signature so please ensure that someone will be available to sign at the delivery address.
Delivery time is not the essence of the contract and delivery dates are given without acceptance of liability.
Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt. We can only credit a refund to the original purchaser’s card.
Jewellery purchased must be returned within 3 working days of receiving the items. We regret that pierced earrings cannot be exchanged.
It is advisable to keep your ‘proof of posting’ as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
